First and foremost, we would like to say thank you for your preference with us. As the COVID-19 is rapidly affecting the travel industry around the world, at Palladium Hotel Group we understand many of the flights will be cancelled for traveling within the next 30 days or longer, as the situation changes every day.

Our commitment is always to provide the best service, attention and security to our guests, and therefore we are in the necessity to close some of our resorts.





We appreciate your support and understanding in this difficult situation. Therefore, we are asking you to postpone your wedding. Please know we are ready to change your wedding date as soon as you give us that indication.



RE-BOOKING YOUR WEDDING

If you are getting married now and before May 15th, 2020 and you wish to postpone the event for traveling between now and December 23rd, 2020, please contact your wedding coordinator or the sales specialist at your destination.

Passenger must call Tour Operator/Travel Agency directly to do the re-booking at same hotel originally booked.
